MISSED APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. We try to always be ready for you at the scheduled time. In return, we ask that you arrive for your appointment on time.
Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from fully catering to other clients.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for 100% of the treatment as booked.
 

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT 
To cancel an appointment yourself, refer to the confirmation email that should have been sent to your inbox when the appointment was booked. There is a link that says "view or cancel", from that link, you may cancel your scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS 
If you are late for your service we may be required to provide a shortened but thorough treatment.  If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to service you.
